Prep Time: 10 Minutes Cook Time: 5 mins Total Time: 15 minutes Servings: 6-8 spoonfuls
Ingredients:
1/2 cup mayo
1/2 cup buttermilk*
2 1/2 tsp dried basil
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/4 salt
1/4 cup freshly, finely grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions:
Combine all ingredients in a medium mixing bowl. Whisk until well blended.
Refrigerate for 30 minutes. Serve over your favorite salad.
*I had to make my own buttermilk. I could not fine buttermilk anywhere on this island. I used 1 tbsp of lemon juice and added enough milk to make 1 cup. Let it sit for about 8 minutes after stirring the two ingredients. This is similar to the Old Spaghetti Factory dressing! I love their dressing and wanted to give this a whirl! It is now one of my favs and gives me other options rather than just a simple ranch dressing. Enjoy!
